Whenever you notice your mind wandering you are practicing #mindfulness. It's common to use the breath or body to bring your focus back to the present moment. You can use the the world around you to do this too. Noticing the changing landscape, cityscape, architecture and the people around you can help to keep you in the present moment. Taking a walk is one of my favourite ways to use all my senses to #notice the environment around me and keep my mind in the present moment.
